Emergency Numbers

In case of emergency, first dial 999 to reach health, police and firefighting resources, rescue, and civil protection. 999 is very similar to 911. Be prepared to say your name and share your exact location and type of emergency

Then call the CIS Abroad on-site staff. They will help to guide you through the emergency. CIS Abroad Scotland Site Director (Jeanna Brady): (+44) 7447 152017

If you cannot immediately connect with the on-site staff, call the US Emergency Phone at +1 413 210 7091 (you can share this number with your parents). The CIS Abroad emergency phone is used for on-site emergencies across the world, and someone will always be able to answer, as the phone is monitored 24/7.

CIS Abroad also has an emergency email address: emergency@cisabroad.com.
